Is the app free?
Carnet de Bord offers free features and premium options depending on your subscription. Consult the application for details of current offers.
How do I log in to the web portal?
Use the same credentials as on the mobile application (email, password or Google). Log in.
Is the driver card compatible?
Yes, the application supports importing data in C1B format for tracking driving and rest times in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 561/2006.
Does CB radio work offline?
CB requires an Internet connection (4G or Wi-Fi) for real-time audio streaming. Other functions may operate in degraded offline mode depending on the context.
Is my data secure?
Yes: AES-256-GCM encryption, European hosting, GDPR compliance. You can delete your account and all your data from the application settings.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. You can also send a request by email (processing within 7 days). support@albertbeweb.dev.
On which devices does the app work?
Android (Google Play), web portal (modern browser), and iOS currently being deployed. A recent smartphone is recommended for GPS and CB.
