1. Purpose
These conditions govern the use of the Carnet de Bord application and website, published by Albert Beweb. The application is aimed at professional drivers and authorized users with an account.
2. Access to the service
The user must provide accurate information during registration. He is responsible for the confidentiality of his identifiers. Access to the web portal and the mobile application share the same user account.
3. Acceptable use
In particular, it is prohibited to:
- use CB radio for illicit, defamatory purposes or outside of a professional context;
- attempt to access other users' data;
- circumvent security or subscription measures;
- use the application in violation of the Highway Code or social regulations (RSE).
4. Personal data
Data processing is described in our privacy policy. Confidentiality.
5. Liability
Logbook is a decision-making tool. The user remains solely responsible for the compliance of his conduct and working hours. GPS routes are provided for information purposes only.
6. Intellectual property
The application, the site, the brands and content are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
