Olivar Raphael is the olive oil store (Baeza / Jaén grove) I built on Sylius 2.2. Not a “just to see” Bagisto clone — a sell → stock → ship path.

Product choices
Local pickup or shipping. Stock decrements on variants. Accounting export is CSV via console — enough for now, no fantasy ERP.
